| One Step Ahead was released in December 2000. While lacrosse is a team game, outcomes are often determined by one-on-one matchups. Getting one step ahead for the individual athlete is insurance that teammates will be part of the ensuing action. This art is the first in a series that showcase Gottleib's expressive use of color, featuring both the mediums of acrylic paint and chalk pastel. The art is available with the inscribed inspirational quote,"To advance to your goal, get one step ahead - it's a safety zone that instills confidence and insures success."
